Founded by Frank Newell and Paul Wright, the company has grown significantly over the years, becoming one of the largest privately owned haulage contractors in the region.
Our Story
Our journey began in the early days as a small general haulage company, operating from rented premises. As we grew, we moved to larger premises three times before finally settling on a 6.5-acre freehold site at Tinsley, Sheffield in 1987. Today, the Newell & Wright Group is a multimillion-pound company with a diverse range of services and a strong financial standing.
