Our team of expert property professionals has extensive experience of transacting complex real estate deals across all asset classes in both the UK and overseas. Our specific skills include property acquisitions, sourcing and stock selection, leasing, planning & development, creating and enhancing value through active asset management, sound commercial judgement with a focus on risk mitigation, debt (re)structuring and interest rate hedging, disposals, refinancing and equity release.

Our strategy is focused on the pursuit of deep value real estate opportunities within the UK spread across all asset classes. The portfolio is pro-actively managed to enhance asset values over the short-to-medium term. This is achieved through pro-active management strategies such as rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, lease re-gearing, refurbishment, planning, redevelopment and the identification of other added value opportunities.
