Our story began in the early 20th century when our British founders, John Coote and Russell Collings-Wells, were pioneering adventurers who ran coffee farms in present-day Kenya. They then returned from Nairobi and began roasting in London, producing exceptional coffee from 1925. Today, we continue to be an independent company that's committed to delivering exceptional personal service at every stage of the journey, guaranteeing you quality, consistency, and control.
