Excellent Service and Products

Negative Experiences
However, not all reviews are positive. One reviewer, D. E., was very disappointed with their experience with Flames of Lincoln. They purchased a fire surround two years ago, but the gas pipe protrudes, making it difficult to fit an inset fire. Another reviewer, Michael Barnshaw, had a negative experience when trying to purchase replacement bulbs for his fireplace. The staff member showed a lack of enthusiasm and indifference to his problem.
Fitting Issues
One reviewer, Neill Martin, had a serious issue with their wood burner fitting. The flue was left blocked with debris, which caused black smoke to fill the living room.
