Our Accommodation

Ideal for families with older children or groups of friends holidaying together, Barnyards is a luxurious 4-star, self-catering holiday house, renovated in 2011. Originally an old cart shed, our spacious house sleeps eight guests comfortably and caters to disabled people with level access, wide doorways, a downstairs bedroom, and a wet room that can be equipped with disability aids which can be moved to any room in the house.

The sunlit terrace boasts a seven-seater hot tub and a selection of garden furniture, offering a perfect setting to enjoy alfresco dining and take in the magnificent view. With Calor Gas central heating, Barnyards guarantees a cosy stay no matter the season. The accommodation comprises:

• Upstairs: Large landing with access to four generously-sized bedrooms that overlook the Firth of Forth, providing uninterrupted views of the natural surroundings. Each room is tastefully furnished and offers cosy surroundings.
• Downstairs: The open-plan living area boasts a well-equipped modern kitchen, adorned with immaculate granite worktops, leading into a dining area that can seat eight guests. Complementing the dining space is a comfortable lounge area with an ambient fire, perfect for those cosy nights in. Alternatively, the downstairs bedroom and wet room ensure the house remains accessible to all guests.
