Our Story

Fire & Brimstone began life many years ago, when we started grilling gourmet burgers at street markets, farmers markets, and music festivals across the UK. Since then, we've travelled the country cooking, grilling, and roasting at some incredible venues. Our Owner, Paul, has a background in outside catering and event management, having catered events at prestigious venues such as Buckingham Palace, 10 Downing Street, and HMS Belfast. He brings his wealth of experience and knowhow to ensure your wedding or event is everything you want it to be.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of BBQ catering services, including big meats, grilled meats, vegetarian options, and a variety of salads and sides. Our menu is constantly evolving, with bold flavours and classic BBQ must-haves. We cook using oil drum BBQs and roasters over charcoal, and our BBQing is done in the open air, so your guests can see the full spectacle of Fire & Brimstone! We cater for all events and tailor our menu to your requirements, with options including slow roasts and fully loaded burgers.
