- Appointments: We offer both urgent on-the-day GP appointments and non-urgent pre-bookable appointments. From Tuesday 2nd May 2023, for urgent on-the-day appointments, you will need to ring the surgery at 08:30 am. To arrange a non-urgent pre-bookable appointment, you will need to ring at 09:15 am. For any other general enquiry, you will need to ring between 10:30-12:45 and 2-3 pm.
- Telephone Advice & Home Visits: If you are unable to attend the surgery, you can request a telephone consultation or home visit by contacting us during our opening hours.
- Prescriptions: We offer a repeat prescription service that allows you to order your medication via telephone or through our 24-hour repeat prescription line on 028 90721540. Please allow at least 48-72 hours from the issuing of your prescription to collecting it from the pharmacy.
- Pharmacy First Service: Our Pharmacy First Service allows you to receive advice and treatment for minor ailments from your local pharmacist, without needing to see a GP.
- The Team: Our team consists of doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients.
- Clinics & Services: We offer a range of clinics and services, including Travel Clinics, Flu & Covid Clinics, and Domestic Abuse/Sexual Violence clinics.

The surgery will be closed for the May Day Bank Holiday on Monday 27th May 2024. If you require a doctor in an emergency, please phone North & West Urgent Care on 028 90744447. The surgery will re-open on Tuesday 28th May 2024 at 8.30 am.

Ordering Prescriptions
You can order prescriptions by telephone on 028 90391690 between 10.30 am to 12.45 pm and from 2 pm to 3 pm or via the 24-hour repeat prescription line on 028 90721540. Please allow at least 48 - 72 hours from the issuing of your prescription to collecting your prescription from the pharmacy.
Cancelling Appointments
If you are unable to attend your appointment with the doctor or the nurse, please phone the surgery to cancel the appointment so that we can accommodate other patients who need seen.
