However, others have had negative experiences, with Holly T. and John Nesbitt expressing frustration with the reception staff's attitude and unhelpfulness. Nriab also mentioned that the front desk staff were rude and lacked people skills.
Doctors and Appointments

Holly T. was upset that her husband didn't receive a callback from a doctor despite being promised one, and was also unhappy with the way his medication was being managed. John Nesbitt was frustrated that the surgery was closed without notice, leaving patients waiting outside. Dmc had a very negative experience with Dr. Leevy, who they claimed bullied a young patient and made a severe mistake with her medication.
