Poor Working Conditions and Treatment
Several reviewers have expressed their discontent with the working conditions and treatment they received at Buffaload. Many have reported being overworked, underpaid, and mistreated by staff. Drivers have complained about being forced to take breaks, being shouted at, and being treated like rubbish by office staff.
One reviewer, Aaron W., shared a negative experience with a transport office staff member who responded poorly to his questions and spoke to him with bad language. Another reviewer, Jas Jasko, expressed frustration with the pay rate, stating that it is a joke and drivers are being exploited.
Poor Delivery Service
Reviewers have also expressed dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by Buffaload. Nothando Felicia reported receiving poor services, with drivers not making contact and packages being misdelivered. Shein, the recipient, has also had issues with the tracking status of their packages.
Lack of Support and Poor Communication
Some reviewers have experienced poor communication and lack of support from Buffaload. Nirasha Bodasing reported that the company does not respond to emails within a reasonable timeframe and has no intention of supporting customers. Kalnai Kalnam also expressed frustration with the communication skills of office staff, stating that they speak only in Polish and respond poorly to questions.
