For over 30 years, I have honed my skills in conventional osteopathic techniques, treating various musculoskeletal and health concerns. My patients appreciate my thorough approach, which combines manual therapy with patient education and lifestyle guidance.

Franklin Method Expertise

My dedication to movement led me to become a certified Franklin Method Educator. This mind-body approach emphasizes gentle, conscious movement to restore pain-free mobility and improve posture. I guide clients through personalized Franklin Method sessions to empower them to become active participants in their healing process.

Movement Medicine and Ideokinesis

My commitment to holistic wellness extends beyond physical therapy. I have completed extensive training in Ideokinesis, exploring the connection between posture, movement, and emotional well-being. This knowledge informs my work, allowing me to address the underlying factors of pain and discomfort.
