Bindon Engineering has been a family-owned and operated business since 1965, when it was founded by John Lawrence and John Reece. Our journey began in Wareham before relocating to a modern 36,000 sq ft facility in Poole in 2009, which now employs over 70 dedicated professionals working around the clock. As pioneers in the UK engineering sector, we were among the first to adopt CNC machinery, delivering precision components to industries such as oil and gas and heavy machinery. CNC Turning
Our 24 CNC lathes produce components up to 700mm diameter, utilising twin spindles, driven tools, and Y-axis capabilities for complex geometries. Automated robotic loading ensures consistent output for industries requiring high-tolerance parts. This service supports sectors like oil and gas, where reliability is critical.
CNC Milling
With 8 machining centres, including horizontal and vertical mills up to 630mm pallet size, we handle large-scale milling operations. Inspection Equipment
