Formed in response to the growing need for change and collaborative working within General Practice, CGPC is committed to becoming a positive force in the local health and social care system. Our services are commissioned by NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group and Public Health, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care.

We understand that our phone lines can be busy, and we encourage patients to use our online services whenever possible. Accessibility

Our health centre has unrestricted parking, reserved car spaces for disabled patients, wheelchair access, and a disabled patient WC. Our reception staff are always available to make your visit to the surgery comfortable.
