What vaccinations are required for boarding?
All dogs must have up-to-date core vaccinations plus a kennel cough booster administered at least two weeks prior to arrival. Proof of vaccination is mandatory.
Do you offer transportation services?
Yes, we provide reliable pick-up and drop-off services for boarding clients. Collection and delivery times are arranged in advance to accommodate your schedule.
Can I book grooming during boarding?
Yes, grooming services can be booked concurrently with boarding stays. This allows pets to receive professional grooming without additional stress or travel.
What are your visiting hours?
Visiting hours are Monday-Saturday 9am-3:30pm and Sundays/Bank Holidays 9am-1pm. Appointments are required for boarding check-ins and check-outs.
Do you cater for pets with special dietary needs?
Our Avalon-branded super-premium dog food includes specialist formulas for sensitive skin, digestive issues, and life stages. We can also accommodate specific dietary requirements with prior notice.
