Our Team
Our team is led by Tom Lister BSc (Hons) MRICS and Sam McDonald BSc (Hons) MRICS, both of whom are experienced surveyors and valuers. Tom has extensive experience in producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and has worked in the industry for many years. Sam joined Shire Surveyors in 2018, bringing with him years of experience in the Leicestershire residential property market. Our team also includes Jonathan Headley BSc MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience, and Charlotte Bates, our Survey Administration Manager, who has over 25 years of experience in the surveying world.

We also provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), which are required by law when selling or letting a property.
