We are Gas Safe and HETAS registered, allowing us to install gas fires and solid fuel fireplaces legally and efficiently. We also have public liability insurance up to 5 million, ensuring that our customers are protected. Our dedicated showroom on Dorking High Street is conveniently located to offer services across Surrey, and we are always willing to travel for the right job.
Complete Start to Finish Package
At Dorking Fires & Stoves, we offer a complete start to finish package that includes everything from design to completion. We provide free site visits and estimates with no obligations, and our expert advice and services ensure ideal results. We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty, and most products have extended lifetime warranties.
Our main services include solid fuel stoves, fireplaces and surrounds, gas fires and stoves, servicing, repairs on all relevant products, commissioning and certification of products, installation of flues liners, twin wall systems and chimney breasts, help with design, and recommendation of companies for additional trades.
If you need help with fireplaces in an emergency, you can contact us 24 hours a day. We will be with you as soon as possible to deal with gas leaks, birds stuck behind gas fires, loss of heating, and any other issues.

As a dedicated showroom, we stock an extensive range of brands and manufacturers, which you can view in our Dorking showroom or in our brochures. We can also supply 95% of market products from other suppliers. Our experienced staff can help you choose the right fireplace or stove for your needs, ensuring that you get the best value for your money.
