Our Services

At Camelot Holiday Park, we offer a range of services designed to make your holiday home ownership experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Our current holiday homes include static luxury caravan style holiday homes, plots, and luxury residential downsizing park homes, priced from just 39,995. We also offer a range of amenities, including Wi-Fi available throughout the park, and a secure and gated environment for added peace of mind.

Our holiday homes come fully equipped with electricity, water, and gas installed, as well as timber decking and dedicated parking areas. We can even help furnish your new home to your specification. Our site fees are 2,200 per annum, which includes all local rates, water, waste water, and grounds maintenance. The only additional expenses are individual usage of gas and electricity.

Residential Homes

In addition to our holiday homes, we also offer luxury residential downsizing park homes, perfect for the over 55s. Our residential homes are designed to provide an easier pace of life, amongst like-minded people, in a maintenance-free environment. We currently have two spacious plots available, and our homes are priced from 125,000.
