The result is a number of residences spread across four buildings, all of which are ideally situated for anyone studying at the University of Hull, Hull College or working in Hull, and an environment that is equally suited for work, relaxation and entertainment.
Our Accommodation
Our accommodations offer a range of options to suit different tastes and budgets. From ensuites to studios and one-bedroom flats, we have something to suit everyone. All of our rooms are fully furnished and come with a range of amenities, including a double bed, study area, and 32-inch TV. Our kitchens are fully fitted with modern appliances, and we also offer on-site laundry facilities, bike storage, and limited parking.

Unreliable and Misleading Advertising
Maria Bo and Slimjim both had a disastrous experience at Pacific Court. Maria was excited to view the place, but was left shattered when she found out that the communal areas, gym, and other facilities were not functional, despite being advertised as such. She also encountered a dirty and poorly maintained space, with ancient washing machines and sketchy hallways.
Slimjim, on the other hand, had issues with food theft, overflowing rubbish bins, and problematic tenants who were never dealt with. He also had a run-in with the management who tried to intimidate him over a noise complaint.
Poor Quality and Overpriced Accommodation
Marcus Colley warns that Pacific Court is the worst place to stay. He was subjected to constant noise, aggressive tenants, and unfair treatment by the management. He was also ripped off when he tried to move out.
Contrast: Positive Experience
Connor Brennan and Chloe Stanford, on the other hand, had a positive experience at Pacific Court. Connor praised the friendly staff, quick repairs, and good location. Chloe appreciated the affordable prices, modern rooms, and friendly atmosphere.
