Our nursery and pre-school are easily accessible with parking, and our entrance is protected by a Video Intercom Security System. Each room has access to their own designated garden area where your child can spend ample time out in the fresh air. Our lending library is where families can choose different books to take home and read together.
Dedicated Team Focused on Your Child's Development
At Little Explorers Nursery & Pre-School, we have a dedicated team of qualified nursery practitioners who are either qualified to a level 3 standard or have relevant nursery experience and are training in child care. All our staff are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau, and we seek references for them to ensure the safety of your child. We have a three-month probation period for all staff before the position is made permanent to ensure that they are a good fit for our team.
Nursery Parent Friendly Approach
At Little Explorers Nursery & Pre-School, we believe that high-quality childcare can only be achieved by working closely with parents. We work with and listen to you to find out about your child's individual personality and interests. We also allocate a dedicated 'Key Person' to each child who attends the nursery. A 'Key Person' has special responsibilities working with a small number of children. This gives them reassurance to feel safe and cared for; and to build strong relationships with you the parent. The 'Key Person' keeps records of your child's development and progress, and shares this with you at Parents Evenings.

We provide a healthy and balanced menu that is regularly updated to ensure that your child receives a varied and nutritious diet. We cater to all dietary requirements and preferences, and we encourage children to try new foods and develop healthy eating habits.
