Services
Sports Massage
Professional sports massage targets muscle injuries and postural issues for athletes and active individuals. Using techniques like deep tissue work and myofascial release, we reduce pain, improve flexibility, and accelerate recovery. Ideal for preventing injuries and maintaining peak performance.
Gait Analysis
Advanced Footscan technology analyses walking patterns to identify biomechanical issues. This informs custom orthotics prescriptions that correct posture, alleviate pain, and enhance mobility for both athletes and everyday users.
Custom Orthotics
Phits 3D printed orthotics provide tailored support based on individual gait analysis. These medical-grade insoles address foot imbalances, reduce joint strain, and improve overall body alignment for better comfort and performance.
Shockwave Therapy
Non-invasive shockwave treatment accelerates healing for chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Effective for treating plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, and calcifications, this therapy stimulates natural repair processes without requiring surgery.
Acupuncture
Traditional acupuncture relieves pain and muscle tension by stimulating specific body points. This complementary treatment improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and supports recovery from sports injuries and chronic conditions.
