Disappointing Experience
The reviews reveal a stark contrast in experiences at a business establishment. Ann Onimous had a woefully inadequate encounter, which left a sour taste. She booked online but never received a confirmation and when she tried to follow up, she was told that the owner stopped working at 3:30 pm, despite not having this information on the website. Ann's polite suggestion to update the website went unheard, and she was met with an attitude that it was the owner's prerogative to do as they pleased. This lack of professionalism and communication led to a completely avoidable experience.
Excellent Service
On the other end of the spectrum, Maureen Smith had a fantastic experience. Claiming it will be her "first port of call" in future, she praised the business for its positive punctuality, quality, and professionalism. Her experience was overwhelmingly positive.
