Bromborough Golf Club

Established over a century ago, Bromborough Golf Club has consistently delivered exceptional golfing experiences amidst the scenic landscapes of the Wirral Peninsula. Our 18-hole course, measuring between 6,300 and 6,600 yards, has hosted prestigious tournaments such as the English Amateur Matchplay Championship and multiple Cheshire Championships, underscoring our commitment to excellence. The course features challenging terrain with ravines, lakes, and tree-lined fairways, offering a fair yet stimulating test for golfers of all abilities. Our clubhouse, renovated in 2011, provides modern amenities including a 5-star rated catering service, function spaces for up to 100 guests, and state-of-the-art facilities for both members and visitors. As the home club of European Tour professional Paul Waring, we combine tradition with innovation through expert equipment fitting, coaching programs, and sustainable course management practices.

Our dedicated team ensures meticulous course maintenance year-round, with recent improvements including extensive greens renovation following heavy rainfall. With a heritage of hospitality dating back to 1973, our facilities cater to corporate events, private dining, and social functions while maintaining rigorous food hygiene standards. We prioritise member satisfaction through flexible dining hours, comprehensive locker room amenities, and tailored services for junior golfers. Our PGA Professional, Geoff Berry, brings over three decades of expertise in coaching and equipment technology to enhance players' enjoyment of the game. Through continuous investment in infrastructure and services, we remain Wirral's premier parkland golf destination.
