Poor Experience
Several reviewers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the ferry company's services. Ilja Likovers and Viktoras Tro have given the company 1-star ratings, citing issues with payment and facilities. Ilja's experience was particularly frustrating, as the company repeatedly ignored their payments and reminders. Viktoras was unhappy with the lack of toilets for drivers at the Rotterdam terminal.
Limited Facilities
Rockingfish was moderately disappointed with the company, giving it a 2-star rating. While the cabins were nice, Rockingfish found the food options to be very limited and the experience with bringing dogs to be particularly bad. They felt that other companies were more dog-friendly and accommodating.
Neutral Feedback
Jon Dickson's review was more lukewarm, giving the company 2 stars. While he acknowledged that the ferry "works" and got him from Hull to Rotterdam, he was unhappy with several aspects of the experience, including the lack of power points, overpriced food, and poor exchange rates. He also felt that the ships on the Hull-Rotterdam route were old and in need of retirement.
Safety Concerns
Sarah Bruce's review was even more scathing, giving the company only 1 star. She experienced what she considered to be a completely dangerous and dreadful drive on the A64, and was appalled by the company's lack of responsibility.
