Our Services
Our fully equipped centre features preparation and operating theatres, a digital x-ray system, an in-house laboratory, isolation unit, and separate dog and cat wards. We also provide a range of services, including acupuncture, senior pet care, and new pet advice. Our acupuncturist, Helen, is trained in China and has been practising since the late 1980's.

As winners of the Greenest Vet Practice Award 2022, we're committed to making a positive impact on the environment. For every journey made to our centre on foot or by bike, we'll plant a tree. We're constantly looking for ways to reduce our energy consumption and waste, and we're passionate about educating our clients on the importance of caring for the environment.
Our Team
Meet Helen, our practice owner and acupuncturist. Helen is well established in the area, having moved here in 1997. She's worked in West Cumbria, Lancashire, and even spent time volunteering in Nepal. Her passion for veterinary acupuncture was sparked during her travels through China. Helen lives locally in an underground eco house that was featured on Grand Designs.
