Our Founder
Bridgette, our founder and certified Clinical Pilates Instructor, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her practice. With a deep understanding of human anatomy, pain management, and mindful movement, she empowers clients to achieve optimal physical potential and achieve lasting well-being.

5. Foundation Course: Base Line Principles of Pilates
