Negative Feedback

Scott McLernon had a poor experience, giving it a 1-star rating. He felt the Bio-mechanical assessment was rushed, taking less than 30 minutes, and he was still charged 50. More concerning was the podiatrist leaving the room to find the name of a muscle in his foot, which he thought was the problem. This lack of knowledge was alarming, and he had no response from the owner after expressing his dissatisfaction.
