Katie's journey in the world of baking commenced after her successful completion of a three-year course at Belfast Metropolitan Catering College, where she honed her skills in Bakery and Patisserie. Her unwavering dedication to her craft, coupled with her innate creativity and passion for designing unique cakes, led her to establish Fairy Tree Cakes. Since then, the business has grown from strength to strength, with Katie and her team consistently delivering cakes that not only look stunning but also taste divine.

Our exquisite wedding cakes are crafted using only the finest ingredients, ensuring a delightful combination of taste and visual appeal.

In addition to our wedding cake service, we also offer a variety of celebration cakes that cater to different tastes and preferences. Our cake selection includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Chocolate Mud Cake: A decadent chocolate cake with a chocolate buttercream.
