Driver Safety Concerns
The first two reviews express serious concerns about the safety of the company's drivers. Christi Minns, who gave the company a rating of 1 star, recounts an incident where one of their vehicles (EK73ZYA) drove aggressively and failed to give way to oncoming traffic. The driver continued to drive straight in front of Minns, causing a close call. To add insult to injury, the occupants of the vehicle threw their rubbish out of their windows onto the A120. When Minns contacted the company's office, they seemed unbothered by the incident. Zoe Green also rated the company 1 star and shared a similar disturbing experience. She alleges that the company's men verbally attacked her and called her a derogatory term while she was trying to get home with her baby.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, Peter Lamb gave the company 5 stars and described them as a "very good groundwork and civil engineering company with knowledgeable helpful staff." However, this positive review seems to be an outlier given the overwhelmingly negative feedback from the other reviewers.
