Jason has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, with a degree in Sport Science and Psychology, and numerous qualifications in personal training, nutrition, and strength and conditioning. Jason is a fully insured exercise professional, licensed Military workout trainer, and England Boxing Qualified coach. He is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and transform their bodies.
