With a Master's degree in Behaviour Change Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Simon has developed a unique approach to sustainable and enjoyable weight loss and fitness.

Our Services

We offer two main services: Solo Personal Training and Couples Personal Training. Our Solo Personal Training is designed for individuals who want to make a change in their lives. With our private studio in Leicester, you'll receive face-to-face sessions and access to our external support programs. Our Couples Personal Training is perfect for couples who want to work together to achieve their fitness goals. We'll work with you to create a personalized plan that suits your lifestyle and goals.
