Our Story

The story of Prime began with two friends, Terry Greenhill and Ferdi Pacelli, who shared a love for quality food and a vision for a restaurant that combined the best of both worlds - the relaxed elegance of a New York steakhouse with the warmth and familiarity of a local eatery. From their first successful venture, Zaza, with its focus on fresh, homemade Italian food, the pair applied their entrepreneurial spirit and culinary expertise to establish Prime Steak & Grill in 2014.
