We specialise in shipping unusual or oversized products using a variety of services with full electronic tracking and bespoke customer service packages. We provide seamless and accurate customer service, enhancing the businesses of all of our clients. Our systems enable real-time Proof of Delivery (POD) display on your own paperwork by email upon delivery, allowing your customers to track their orders and providing courtesy calls on the day of delivery. We can also arrange for ETA updates and changes due to external factors such as weather or traffic.

Pallet Services
If you need to move pallets, Collect2 Ltd can help. We offer pallet collection and delivery services across the UK and throughout Europe competitively and quickly. We deliver on our own vehicles where possible, providing next-day economy quarter, half, and full pallet deliveries. We offer timed booked-in tail-lift deliveries and real-time PODs. We can also use customer-owned paperwork, and take care of customer returns or exchange requirements, including inspecting and documenting the condition of goods at point of collection in real-time.
As registered waste carriers, we can remove all packaging from customer properties, providing a comprehensive service that meets your needs. Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensure that your pallets are delivered safely and efficiently, meeting your expectations and those of your customers.
