Our Story
We've come a long way since our first restaurant opened its doors in 1983. From our original menu of chicken burgers, beef burgers, and chips, we've expanded to include a wide range of dishes, including Panini's and Wraps. But it's not just our menu that's grown - we've also increased our workforce, now employing over 150 people throughout our restaurants. We're dedicated to supporting the local community, not just by providing employment opportunities, but also by sourcing our ingredients from local businesses.
Our Food
It's no secret how we prepare our famous chicken burgers. We bread juicy pieces of chicken in our renowned seasoning, a special formula of herbs and spices, and lightly fry them to golden perfection. And our chips? We make them fresh every day in our custom-built chipping plant, situated in the heart of Newry City. We put a lot of work into making our chips, from de-stoning, peeling, cutting, and blanching to ensure a uniform chip that's cooked to perfection.
