Our guesthouse is a large Edwardian house that provides comfortable and friendly accommodation, whether you're in town for business or pleasure. We strive to offer a clean, warm, and inviting atmosphere at a reasonable price, making your stay feel just like home.
Our guesthouse boasts six double or twin rooms, four with ensuite shower rooms, one with a private bathroom, one with an en suite toilet and use of a shower room, and one single room with a shared shower room. The entire house is double-glazed and fully central heated to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. We have specific booking conditions that include room-only accommodation, a three-night minimum stay, and flexible pricing for longer stays.

Our guesthouse is also close to the award-winning Suffolk Heritage Coast, which includes popular destinations such as Southwold, Aldeburgh, and Thorpeness. We're happy to provide information on local events and attractions and recommend restaurants and pubs that suit your taste.
Leiston is an ideal location for contractors working at Sizewell Power Station and the Greater Gabbard Wind Farm. We welcome contractors and offer comfortable accommodation for temporary stays.

Home from Home offers off-road parking for five cars and three on the road. We have an outdoor allocated smoking area and a communal living and dining room with games and a television. Our single occupancy rates are available, and we have a front of house area for guest convenience.
