Here at Saddlers Court Manufacturing, we are a family-owned, first-tier manufacturer of mild steel products based in the West Midlands. With over 25 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for a range of OEMs across various industries, from machined hydraulic components to heavy fabrications for the yellow goods industry and everything in between.

Our ability to cut, machine, and fabricate in-house allows us to offer a complete, cost-driven, and flexible manufacturing solution for our customers. We have sponsored staff through Engineering Degrees, MBAs, and an assortment of courses to both fill their potential and improve our business.

Our strong engineering team in-house manufactures jigs and fixtures to consistently improve quality, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible product. We are proud to be certified BS EN ISO 9001: 2015, and our exhaustive inspection regime is integrated into every stage of our fabrication department, ensuring that quality is at the heart of everything we do.

Our Services

At Saddlers Court Manufacturing, we offer a range of manufacturing processes, from the cutting of steel plate to the final machining of fabrications. This enables us to offer a comprehensive manufacturing service for our customers. Our services include:

• Profile Cutting: Our ability to cut our own components cost-effectively from steel plate up to 120mm thick is the start of a complete manufacturing service to OEMs.
• CNC Machining: From a small sub-contract machinist, our company has diversified into a complete manufacturing solution for the medium/heavy engineering industry.
• CNC Bending: Our Bystronic 250 tonne CNC controlled Press Brake allows us to bend parts with high repeatability and accuracy.
• Fabrication: With 25 years of experience, our exceptional fabrication ability is what allows us to provide a first-class service for medium and heavy production line fabrications up to 10 tonne.

We are proud to work with a number of other manufacturing companies to complement our in-house processes, including laser cutting, rolling, and painting, to name just a few.
