Halogen Communications is an independent communications consultancy based in Edinburgh, Scotland, with an international office in Washington DC, USA. Founded in 2002, we have quickly become established as one of Scotland's leading consultancies specialising in public relations, political relations, media training, crisis management, event management, and strategic marketing.
