How much are your holding deposits?
Our holding deposits are capped at one week's rent and are fully refundable under the appropriate terms and conditions.
What are your security deposit requirements?
Security deposits are capped at five weeks' rent for annual rentals under £50,000 or six weeks' rent for properties over £50,000 annually.
Do you charge for tenancy changes?
Yes, we charge £50 inc VAT for tenancy changes, which covers administrative costs while remaining within legal limits.
What happens if rent is paid late?
Late payments incur interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate after 14 days overdue, as permitted by current regulations.
Are you part of any protection schemes?
We are members of both the Property Redress Scheme (D9414-0) and the Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP02107) for client protection.
