Our Payment Options

We understand that every client has different needs and budgets. That's why we offer three flexible payment options to suit your requirements. Our payment options include:

• Up Front Payment: A one-off payment up front, applicable to properties up to 100,000.
• Two Payments: Pay 234 up front, and the remainder when the property sells, applicable to properties up to 150,000.
• End Payment: Pay a fixed fee when the property sells, applicable to properties above 150,000.
