Warley Preschool Ltd has been a trusted and respected childcare provider in the Warley area of Halifax since 1963. We are a private limited company, registered with OFSTED and situated within the charming St John's Church Hall.
Our Approach to Care & Learning
Our highly qualified and experienced staff nurture a stimulating and caring environment where young minds can flourish. We follow the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum, focusing on holistic development across all areas, including social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of childcare services for children aged 2-5 years, including:
- Full-day care: 8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday (school term time only)
- Under 2s Room: A dedicated space for little ones aged 9 months to 2 years, launching in September 2024.
- Wrap-around care: Before and after school programs available for eligible children.
Our Team
We are incredibly proud of our dedicated and passionate team. Our staff possess a diverse range of qualifications, including BA degrees in Childhood Studies, Early Years Foundation status, and relevant qualifications in childcare. Several members also hold specializations in SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordination) and first aid.

Summary of the Review
The reviewer, Laura Yasin, rated the pre-school 5 stars. Both her children attended the school and she describes it as "brilliant." The staff are experienced and have a unique approach, which made her feel confident that her children were in safe and loving hands. The building is spacious, with plenty of indoor activities and a lovely outdoor area. She highly recommends the pre-school.
