Concerns and Criticisms
Anne Griffiths expressed concern about the new method for repeat medication, finding it expensive and difficult to use. She is also worried about the impact it will have on her, as a 89-year-old with a disability. John Small, while praising the prescription collection and delivery service, lamented the decline in customer service, citing the introduction of an automated phone system that is unhelpful for disabled and elderly clients.
