Our Services

We offer a variety of yoga classes and workshops that cater to different levels of experience and interests. Our Vinyasa Flow classes are perfect for those who want to challenge themselves physically and mentally, while our Slow Flow classes provide a more relaxed and meditative experience. We also offer specialized workshops that focus on specific topics, such as beginners' yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy.

In addition to our yoga classes and workshops, we also provide holistic therapies that complement our yoga practice. These include massage, reflexology, and other healing modalities that can help you relax, rejuvenate, and rebalance your body and mind.

About Rachel

Our founder, Rachel Tait Walsh, is a fully qualified Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher with a 500-hour advanced teacher certification from Yoga Alliance UK. Rachel's passion for yoga began when she took her first yoga class in India during a gap year in 2003. Since then, she has dedicated herself to sharing the benefits of yoga with others.

Our philosophy is centered around the idea that yoga can help individuals develop greater awareness, self-acceptance, and compassion. We strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where students can feel safe to explore their own unique yoga journey.
