We are thrilled to introduce you to Spinners Dance Studio and Class Act Theatre School, a renowned institution dedicated to the world of dance, theatre, and music. Since 1988, our school has been providing top-class tuition to students of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to inspire creativity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love for the arts.

Our History and Expertise

Lisa and Steve McLean, the founders of Spinners Dance Studio, have enjoyed a long and successful career in the dance and performing arts. Lisa began dancing at the tender age of three and honed her skills in ballet until the age of 19. Steve started dancing at the age of six and gained world championship status in ballroom and freestyle. Together, they created Spinners Dance Studio and became qualified dance teachers with the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA). This expertise has enabled us to offer a wide range of dance genres, including ballet, ballroom, Latin, freestyle, street dance, and many more.

Classes and Examinations

At Spinners Dance Studio and Class Act Theatre School, we offer a diverse range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to cater to individual needs, from beginner to advanced levels. We offer IDTA examinations in various dance genres, providing students with a platform to demonstrate their skills and achievements. Our classes are structured to promote learning, creativity, and teamwork.
