Our Story
Our chef and owner, Alessandro Borzone, is a 2016 English Italian Award-winning celebrity chef and restaurateur with a wealth of expertise in Italian cuisine. Alessandro's culinary journey began in the Langhe area of Piedmont, Italy, where he learnt the art of Italian cooking from his mother. He later honed his skills in some of the most exciting and innovative Italian restaurants before launching his own upmarket Italian restaurant in England.
