With years of experience in the industry, our aim is to provide exceptional and first-class service to both landlords and tenants. Our team prides itself on being able to advise landlords on the best possible rental purchases, taking into account location, local amenities, and tenant expectations. Tenants can also benefit from our local knowledge, and we strive to match the right property to suit their needs.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to cater to the unique needs of landlords and tenants. Our in-house maintenance team provides a personal service unique to any other letting agency. We understand the importance of maintaining a property to a high standard, ensuring that both landlords and tenants are satisfied with our services. Our maintenance team is carefully selected to provide the best possible service, with a focus on being prompt, efficient, and courteous.

For landlords, we offer a comprehensive service that includes advertising, accompanied viewings, drafting tenancy agreements, and compiling an inventory. Our prices start from 7% + VAT fully managed for landlords with multiple properties and go up to 9% + VAT for landlords with a single property. We also offer a "tenant finder" service for landlords who manage their own property at a cost of 400 + VAT.

Our team is dedicated to providing complete customer care, both to landlords and tenants. We believe that a happy tenant means a happy landlord, and we strive to make the process of renting a property with us as easy as possible.

Meet the Team

Our team is led by Jeanette Hambrey and James Ellis, both directors and owners of the business. Jeanette has extensive knowledge of the rental industry and many years of experience working within estate management. James joined the company in 2008, bringing with him a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. Our team also includes Ryan Nicolson from Blueco Electrical Ltd, who provides electrical services, and Richard Monger from RPM Plumbing and Heating, who provides gas engineering services.
