Overall Assessment

Lack of Professionalism and Morals
Reviewers Dawn and Nono MoBot criticized the service provider's lack of professionalism and morals. Subpar Work Quality
Nono MoBot's review detailed a particularly egregious example of poor work quality. The service provider spent only 2 minutes at their elderly parents' house, took the fascia off the smoke alarm, cut the wires, and left, charging 150 for the minimal work. The reviewer was shocked by the lack of effort and care put into the job.
