Our journey began in 1999, when our founder, Tiziana, was working as a language teacher in Japan. After trying acupuncture to relieve stress and fatigue, Tiziana was amazed by its effectiveness and went on to study Traditional Chinese Medicine in Australia. She graduated with the "Most Outstanding Student Practitioner of Acupuncture" award and went on to work in various clinics before setting up her practice in York in 2011.
