The property boasts three spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping six guests, with a family bathroom and en-suite electric shower in Bedroom 3. Additional amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, lounge with comfortable seating for six, and a delightful walled courtyard garden.
- Kitchen: Fully fitted with induction hob, electric fan oven, and canopy extractor, perfect for whipping up a storm in the kitchen. A wide range of crockery, cutlery, and tableware is provided for a full 3-course meal for six guests.

Nearby Blakeney Point is home to England's largest Grey Seal colony, and boat trips can be taken to view the seals on most days (subject to tides and breeding season).
