At Essex Dementia Care, we have been dedicated to improving the lives of people with dementia and their families since 2006. Our team of specialist Practitioners bring activity-based dementia care to suit each individual, helping them maintain an active and social lifestyle. We believe that every day counts, and our aim is to contribute to the health and wellbeing of people living with dementia, enabling them to live active and fulfilling lives.
Our Services
We provide a range of services designed to support people with dementia and their families. Our One2One support service matches individuals with their own dedicated 'Memory Companion' who helps them continue to do the things they enjoy. Our Activity Day Centres offer a range of activities led by skilled Group leaders, providing a stimulating and supportive environment for those with dementia and their carers. We also provide respite and emotional support for main care-givers, as well as education and guidance to help them navigate the challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia.
