Our Story

At Pepperscombe Farm Holiday Cottages, we're passionate about providing a unique and unforgettable experience for our guests. Our story begins with a vision to create a magical space where people can feel earthed and inspired. We're Vicky and Andy, the owners of this beautiful farm in Steyning, West Sussex, and we're dedicated to sharing our little slice of heaven with you.

Our Services

We offer a range of luxurious cottages and accommodations on our farm, each one designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. From our Coombe Cottage to our Busker Horsebox, Swift Shepherds Hut, and Orchid Yurt, we have something to suit every taste and requirement. Our cottages are fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including modern amenities and beautiful furnishings.

But it's not just about the accommodations - it's about the experience. We're located on the outskirts of picturesque Steyning town, with direct access to the South Downs National Park and its many footpaths, bridleways, and off-road mountain bike trails. You can explore the local area, visit the nearby beaches, or simply relax and unwind in our peaceful surroundings.

Our Vision

Our Team

We're a small, family-run business, and we're passionate about what we do. Vicky, our co-owner, is a strong environmental advocate with over 20 years of experience in environmental consultancy and renewable energy development. Andy, our co-owner, is a web entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and creativity. We're supported by Vicky's brother, Lee, an artist blacksmith with 24 years of experience, who helps us with the day-to-day maintenance of the farm.
