Our Rooms
We have a range of rooms to suit all needs and budgets, from single rooms to family rooms for four. All our rooms are en-suite, with flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee-making facilities, and free Wi-Fi. We also offer a parking permit at a cost of 1, which is valid for up to 24 hours on the roads nearby.
Location and Attractions
Eastbourne is a traditional seaside resort, boasting five miles of unspoilt beaches, palm tree-lined promenades, four golf courses, and a Seaside Award clean sea. There's fun for all the family, from a skate festival to the annual airshow, and you can visit Eastbourne Pier or dance the night away to live music at the bandstand. You can also get your skates on and join the locals in their favorite pastime of rollerblading along the five-mile stretch of promenade, from the peaceful Falling Sands to the bustling Sovereign Harbour Marina.
Our Policies
We have a few policies in place to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. Please note that cancellations made up to 2 days before arrival will incur a fixed charge of 20, and cancellations made later or in case of no-show will incur the total price of the reservation. We also have a smoke-free policy, and pets are not permitted, except for assistance and service animals.
