Properties range from 1-9 bedroom houses and flats, designed to meet the needs of University of Southampton and Solent University students. All rentals offer flexible contracts, double beds in every bedroom, and modern amenities.
Maintenance Support
Our in-house Fiixit-managed maintenance team resolves issues directly and efficiently. Tenants report problems via the Fiixit app, track progress in real-time, and receive operative attendance notifications. Emergency repairs are handled 24/7 through a dedicated phone line, ensuring urgent issues receive immediate attention.
Virtual Property Tours
Students can explore available properties through interactive video tours on our website. When is move-in day and key collection?
Key collection opens from 12 noon to 5pm on July 1st. One tenant per group collects keys for distribution. Late collections can be arranged during office hours.
