LettingsBU is the official student letting service of Bournemouth University, established in 2008 to meet the increasing demand for quality private sector student housing. Our primary objective is to provide students with access to a wide range of BU-approved student houses in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas, including Winton, Charminster, Ensbury Park, Wallisdown, Lansdowne, Bournemouth Town Centre, Boscombe, Talbot Village, and Moordown.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services to students and landlords alike. Our student-focused approach ensures that we remain committed to providing excellent value for money, good quality properties in great locations, and unparalleled customer service. For students, we offer accompanied viewings with a BU Housing Officer, and a Holding Deposit of 99 per person to secure your chosen property. We also provide a wealth of information and advice to help you navigate the student accommodation search process.

For landlords, we recognise the importance of financial certainty and offer rental guarantees and a selection of attractive lettings options to meet your individual requirements. Our team of experienced and fully trained Housing Officers is dedicated to providing a bespoke service tailored to your specific needs.
